Absolutely don’t look in any other direction other than Flood fire Pro. I had an emergency water situation, stem for my leaky washing machine. Panic of course set in and I called and Sean answered my call right awayanswered my call right away. Within an hour, I had two guys sucking the water out of my basement and left the place as good as New. Google was my friend! Pricing was beyond fair, especially knowing that we were in a crisis situation! I would give this company 10 stars if there was an option to do so.

My mother who is elderly, recently had a pipe break in her upstairs bathroom. The damage was unbelievable. My mother was understandabley distraught. I had this happen in my own home so I called Ryan from Flood Fire Pro. He was my mother's house within an hour. He called in the head of their mitigation team Fernando who had a crew onsite in record time. They cleaned up the water set equipment and walked us through the claim process. They met with my Mom's adjuster,helped to settle the claim and completed the demo in just a couple of weeks. Then Ryan and his reconstruction team took over. They said they would have everything put back together in weeks, which seemed impossible at the time, but they stuck to their word. They communicated with my Mom and made sure she was in the loop the entire time. They finished exactly when they said they would and her home has never looked better. I want to truly thank everyone at Flood Fire Pro for everything they did. I could not have asked for more.

I hired this company to clean soot that got all over my basement, and house due to hiring a so called chimney company. I spoke to Matt and told him the situation. Immediately he sent Ed out and found soot everywhere. Let me tell you they have the best techs ever. I met with Shane and Dave and I cannot thank them enough. This took sometime because they worked together and thoroughly to make sure all the soot was gone. There are not enough words to thank this company. They are the best!!! Flood Fire Pro has been fabulous to work with. Matt answered the phone at 5:30 am on a Sunday morning & had a crew at the house by 8:30am. Oscar, Sean, Ed & crew were great for the next week to stabilize, dryout, demo & especially clean up. Today Oscar & Pedro were exceptional with the contents removal. I would highly recommend this company – great to work with, communicate, & stay on top of the situation. Oscar & Sean are fabulous to work with & communicate the process & very realistic. Great for calming you down in a horrible situation.
